We recommend novices start with the largest and lightest ball to get used to the size and weight.  Then, as the pelvic muscles gain in tone and engagement, progress to the smaller and heavier balls. As with building and toning any muscle in the body, the key is repetition and a degree of patience. If dryness is an issue, try a dab of one of our lubricants first before insertion.
