Shipping policy

For orders over $100, we offer free shipping in New Zealand.

For orders to Australia we charge $20 (NZD) flat rate for economy post (3-10 working days).

Packaging

Discreet, full recyclable packaging with no branding is standard for all orders.

How much does my courier cost?

• For orders under $100.00, shipping is $7.50 for most towns and cities and $13.50 for delivery to rural addresses.

What service do you send my parcel with?

For NZ customers, mostly we will send with NZ Post, in some cases it will be Aramex. Non-signature required is our standard shipping method.

For Australian customers, we ship via NZ Post economy.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey via couriers website 

Can I send my order to a business address?

Yes. We will ship to any physical address in NZ or Australia.

Can I send to a PO Box?

Yes. Please include your PO Box number in your order's delivery address. (NZ Post only)

When will I receive my order?

We find that orders to most destinations in New Zealand typically take 2-3 working days to arrive.  We endeavour to process orders as promptly as we can and will send you your tracking number.  

For rural locations, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive. 

If you place an order on a weekend or holiday then it will be processed on the next business day.

For Australian orders, shipping targets are 3-10 working days.
